Overview: As a Technical Program Manager in Autonomous Security, you'll hold a unique dual-focus position that combines hands-on product development with strategic program leadership. This role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and organizational effectiveness, requiring both depth in security product development and breadth in program management. Product Portfolio Leadership: You will drive the technical program management for key projects within our autonomous security suite. This involves deep engagement with engineering teams, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of features and capabilities. You'll navigate technical complexities, drive the right critical trade-off decisions, and maintain the balance between speed and quality. Success means not just managing each product independently, but understanding and leveraging the synergies between them to create a cohesive security solution. Program Leadership: Beyond individual products, you'll serve as the program backbone for AutoSec, connecting various workstreams and initiatives across the organization. This requires proactive identification of collaboration opportunities, creation of meaningful partnerships, and development of clear communication channels. You'll be responsible for crafting and delivering the broader narrative to partners and leadership, ensuring our mission and achievements are well understood across Amazon Security.
