YOUR MISSION We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong development background with a passion for building mission-critical systems to support space superiority. You will serve as the owner of program execution—driving clarity, alignment, predictability, and accountability across engineering, production, security and program office. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of complex, cutting edge, never before operated missile defense system, managing risk proactively, and leading programs through ambiguity. You will operate at the intersection of technical execution and program leadership, maintaining authority over delivery plans, escalation paths, and cross-functional dependencies. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of program sprints, for True Anomaly’s missile defense program. Own program execution: define delivery plans, manage scope and milestones, and drive accountability across engineering and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary delivery interface with internal engineering and program office on the execution of the program, compiling metrics on program health and status Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans in partnership with engineering, ensuring alignment with engineering architecture and mission
