What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, 5-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, or a related role, Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments, Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes, Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and engineering workflows, Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams effectively, Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Nice to Have
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, aviation, or technology companies, Experience supporting senior leadership teams or driving company-wide transformation initiatives, Exposure to scaling organizations, IPO readiness, governance, audit, compliance, or operational excellence programs, Familiarity with data protection laws like GDPR, PDPA, DPDA
