Full Job Description

At Senra Systems, we believe that the future of manufacturing lies not in automation, but in configuration. We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. The Technical Program Manager serves as the primary integration point between customers and Senra's internal teams, ensuring customer requirements are successfully translated into executable manufacturing plans. This role owns customer opportunities from RFQ through production handoff and launch readiness, driving alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management. This role is dedicated to Senra's Tier 1 and Prime strategic accounts, providing end-to-end ownership from initial RFQ through production handoff. Standard accounts are managed through the established estimating and program management workflow. The TPM is responsible for managing scope, schedule, risk, and execution readiness while supporting the development of accurate cost estimates and proposals. This individual will act as the connective tissue between customer requirements and manufacturing execution, ensuring programs are positioned for successful delivery. What you'll own: Own Customer Opportunities from RFQ Through Production Handoff Serve as the primary coordinator for customer opportunities from initial RFQ through successful transition into production,.with a primary focus on Tier 1 accounts Ensure customer requirements, scope, assumptions, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated across all stakeholders.
