What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, track record of facilitating enterprise level projects, working directly with software engineering teams delivering software products to production, 2+ years of software development experience yourself, building and evaluating system-level technical design, technical dive-deep to guide the development process, project management skills to ensure the proper solution is delivered to customers, understanding and working with technical teams to build scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps, mechanisms for risk and critical path management, experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders
Nice to Have
experience in an area of building and evaluating system-level technical design
