THE ROLE We are hiring a Technical Program Manager. This is not a coordination role. You will own the execution of programs spanning battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy management software, hardware development, manufacturing, and customer deployments. You will be the person who sees around corners, surfaces blockers before they become problems, and holds the line on timelines without needing to be asked. You will work directly with engineering, field ops, and leadership. There is no playbook yet. You will build one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own execution plans for battery storage product development, manufacturing readiness, and customer deployment programs from concept through commissioning. Including scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes - Run cross-functional coordination across engineering, field ops, supply chain, and external partners - Identify dependencies and risks early and drive resolution, not just reporting - Build and maintain program infrastructure: tracking systems, milestone reviews, escalation paths - Communicate program status clearly to leadership without being asked, in the right level of detail for the audience - Be the person who knows what is actually happening at any given moment across all active programs MUST-HAVES - Has owned a complex, cross-functional technical program from kickoff through delivery in a demanding environment - Comfortable operating in hardware, physical systems, or field deploymen
