What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of TPM experience, 2 years focused on Infrastructure, Platform, or Cloud Engineering programs, understanding of distributed systems, understanding of enterprise SaaS, understanding of cloud-native technologies, manage programs spanning 2+ engineering pods, manage programs spanning multiple non-engineering departments, leveraging AI or automation tools, growth mindset, willingness to pivot approaches, willingness to adopt new methods, willingness to adopt internal tools, Comfortable making a call when teams are stuck, Excellent communication skills in English

What You'll Do.
Serve as strategic driver for platform evolution
Lead cross-functional effort to modularize components
Partner with Infrastructure and Architecture teams
Implement workflow orchestration and caching layers
Translate infrastructure goals into roadmaps
Own program lifecycle from strategy to launch
Address technical debt alongside new capabilities
Manage phased rollouts and stakeholder alignment
Coordinate initiatives to increase platform throughput

Take end-to-end ownership of program outcomes
Resolve blockers and bridge communication gaps
Move projects from concept to implementation
Make decisions and correct course
Author and distribute status updates
