Your Impact Join Axon’s Enterprise Professional Services team and help large, complex organizations unlock the full value of Axon’s technology ecosystem. In this role, you will support Enterprise customers across multiple Axon products, including Fusus, helping them address meaningful operational challenges through scalable, integrated software solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will partner closely with Enterprise customers to understand their needs, translate those needs into clear requirements, and support successful implementations across multiple platforms. You will operate effectively in complex environments, take ownership of your work, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. This role is well suited for someone who is motivated by impact, works well under pressure, and values teamwork and accountability. What You’ll Do Location: Based out of one of Axon’s US hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, Seattle, or Sterling metro areas). This role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Friday and remote flexibility on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation is in place.
