+7 years of driving execution across multi-team, cross-functional technology programs in a fast-paced digital or technology environment, experience driving execution across multi-team, cross-functional technology programs, Deep understanding and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, Comfortable working with senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders, Ability to understand and guide teams on technical solutions and systems, Structured thinker with a bias for clarity, ownership, and outcomes, Able to balance rigor with pragmatism in fast-moving environments

and dependency mapping

Run execution cadences including standups

and cross-team dependency reviews

Own structured reporting cadences with senior leadership — weekly reviews

monthly business reviews

Define and track flow metrics including predictability

Maintain visibility into engineering effort across programs and initiatives
