Must Have
+7 years of driving execution across multi-team, cross-functional technology programs in a fast-paced digital or technology environment, experience driving execution across multi-team, cross-functional technology programs, Deep understanding and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, Comfortable working with senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders, Ability to understand and guide teams on technical solutions and systems, Structured thinker with a bias for clarity, ownership, and outcomes, Able to balance rigor with pragmatism in fast-moving environments
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end execution for assigned technical programs
Maintain a leadership-ready view of status
and delivery commitments are clearly understood
Partner with Engineering
and Design to define execution plans
Validate that proposed technical solutions are viable
and aligned to best practices
Drive shared ownership of architecture decisions
and technical success criteria
Lead programs with broad technical dependencies spanning multiple teams or functions
Own and maintain the program plan — including sequencing
and dependency mapping
Run execution cadences including standups
and cross-team dependency reviews
Own structured reporting cadences with senior leadership — weekly reviews
monthly business reviews
and milestone checkpoints
well-structured updates on progress
Define and track flow metrics including predictability
Maintain visibility into engineering effort across programs and initiatives
and Analytics to assess the efficacy
and business impact of technical investments
Surface areas of inefficiency or execution drag and propose concrete course corrections
Own the change management system for all assigned programs
Clearly articulate the downstream impact of scope or priority changes on architecture
