THE ROLE We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager, AI to play a leading role in landing new customer engagements and to work closely with partners. You will be a meaningful technical contributor and relationship builder, translating our product benefit to end-users, while deeply understanding what customers actually need and influencing the product we bring to market. You will help define and run the programs that move customer relationships forward, articulating the milestones that progress commercial engagements from letters of intent to binding deals. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue back into the company from end-users, and work closely with GTM, Product, and AI.
