Technical Program Manager – AI **Description -** ## **Job Summary** Drives the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives by translating strategy into delivery. Partners with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI solutions (including AI agents and automation) while ensuring alignment across stakeholders. ## **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end delivery of **AI and automation programs** across multiple teams * Translate strategy into **execution plans, milestones, and deliverables** * Drive **prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning** for AI initiatives * Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and progress * Track **program performance, risks, and dependencies** , and adjust plans as needed * Manage **multiple concurrent projects** , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery * Communicate **status, risks, and escalations** clearly to stakeholders and leadership * Ensure transition from **use case → POC → production-ready solutions** * Establish and drive **program governance, best practices, and delivery standards** * Follow up on actions and ensure **accountability and execution discipline** * Promote adoption of **new technologies and AI-driven solutions** across teams * Mentor and guide team members on **delivery practices and execution excellence** ## **Experience & Education (Refined)** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * **7–10 + years** in technical program/project management * Experience delivering **software, data, or AI-related initiatives** * Strong track record managing **complex, cross-functional programs** ## **Core Skills (Streamlined)** * Technical program / project management * Agile, Scrum, Kanban * AI / data / software delivery environments * Risk and dependency management * Stakeholder alignment and communication * Planning tools (JIRA or similar) **Job -** Engineering **Schedule -**
