What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience, 6+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role driving complex software delivery, Proficiency in enterprise-level software and collaboration platforms (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Linear, or comparable systems), Demonstrated ability to synthesize business and technical requirements to develop robust project plans, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies, Extensive experience in business process optimization pertaining to enterprise software and internal operational workflows, Exceptional interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication adept at performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities concurrently
Nice to Have
Direct experience leveraging Salesforce technology and the Salesforce product suite, PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Certification
What You'll Do.
Ensure comprehensive alignment of deliverables across all contributing
Drive prioritization and execution of cross-functional program
Orchestrate and manage interdependencies between projects and programs
Coordinate and monitor progression and successful delivery of
Establish and enforce governance frameworks for decisions
Accurately report delivery progress
Contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning
Synthesize outputs into comprehensive program materials
Collaborate with the Product team to identify and
Ensure accurate creation in GUS in adherence to
Oversee and manage the program's financial budget
Lead thorough program retrospectives upon closure
