What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in program management or project management within manufacturing, electrical systems, or infrastructure-related industries, Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase, cross-functional projects, understanding of manufacturing-driven project execution and coordination, Experience interfacing with customers, contractors, EPC firms, or external stakeholders, Ability to interpret contracts, schedules, technical drawings, and project documentation, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Comfortable working onsite within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting modular or integrated electrical system projects, Exposure to data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure-related programs, Familiarity with ERP platforms and project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar systems, Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes and large-equipment logistics coordination

## Description Senior Program Manager – Electrical & Power Systems Location: Marietta, OH (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Starting at $120,000/year (based on experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs involving engineered electrical and power distribution systems. This role is responsible for driving projects from post-award transition through production, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.
