What They're Looking For.
Must Have
U. S. citizenship is required, Minimum of 1 years of Technical Training Development experience, Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Nice to Have
Experience performing work related to Operations and Maintenance of Air Traffic Control systems, Experience creating training materials using e-learning products such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Authorware, Experience conducting technical training sessions, Experience performing work on systems involving networking hardware, radar/signal inputs, or general information technology infrastructure racks and consoles, Experience using Solaris or Linux-based software tools and command terminals, Experience utilizing engineering documentation and customer requirements to create training objectives and content, Experience performing peer reviews of training materials, Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Experience collaborating in a team environment, Experience providing primary communication of technical information to management, customers, and other engineering team members
