About the Role We are looking for a Technical Product & Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and execution discipline. This is a role for someone who can define what we build and make sure it actually ships- on time, with the right quality, and with full cross-functional alignment. You will own the full product development lifecycle for key initiatives: from shaping requirements and writing specs to running agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and tracking the metrics that tell us whether we are winning. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to keep our teams moving fast without losing clarity on what matters most. If you have built products at a high-growth fintech or payments company, know how to translate ambiguity into actionable tickets, and can hold a room of engineers and designers accountable while keeping the energy collaborative.
