Must Have
Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting REST API documentation and mapping responses against an internal data model, Hands-on experience using Postman or equivalent tooling for API testing and validation, Working knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, including the ability to review and contribute to API contract documents, Experience producing structured integration specifications or technical requirements documents that engineering teams can act on directly, Familiarity with aggregator or multi-supplier integration patterns, including supplier normalization, availability caching, and booking and cancellation flows, backlog management and prioritization skills with experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Skilled in structured business analysis on medium to large integration projects, Excellent organization, planning, and written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in the travel industry, equivalent experience in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or marketplace platform integration will be considered
What You'll Do.
Own the product backlog for aggregation work
Manage how new DMC supplier APIs are evaluated
and mapped into TripArc's internal data model
Solely responsible for maintaining the Product Backlog at a pod level
Identify field mapping gaps against TripArc's internal data model
Produce structured integration specifications for the development team
Determine scope and prepare requirements documents for integration projects
Create and manage the Product Backlog
including prioritization
and communication to the pod ahead of all Scrum ceremonies
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and integration processes
Liaise with external supplier and aggregator partners on API availability
onboarding requirements
and technical queries
Coordinate with the Solutions team on integration projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
using input from the Senior Product Manager, the development team, the Solutions Architect, and the Technical Lead; Collaborate with the architect and technical lead on API contract decisions; ensure business and technical requirements are understood and accepted by stakeholders; communication to the pod ahead of all Scrum ceremonies; Coordinate with the Solutions team on integration projects
