Join Roche, where every voice matters. ## ### The Position The Technical Product Owner owns the end-to-end delivery of a specific product module or defined capability slice by translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and usable technical solutions. Operating within the strategic roadmap set by the Team Lead, you will act as the primary bridge between the business Product Owner and technical delivery teams. In this role, you will work deeply embedded with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality technical execution. **Your Responsibilities** * Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business priorities * Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements * Define acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Ready / Done * Drive sprint planning, refinement, and delivery outcomes * Partner closely with business Product Owners to translate requirements into implementable solutions * Ensure traceability between business requirements and technical delivery * Clarify requirements for engineering, data, and vendor teams * Accept or reject delivered features based on acceptance criteria * Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant (e.g. GxP, GDPR) * Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs * Support testing, releases, and production readiness * Act as the day-to-day interface for engineering teams and vendors * Drive execution across internal teams and external partners * Remove blockers and ensure continuous delivery flow * Partner with Solution Architects to ensure fe
