Must Have
At least 3 years in a hands-on technical role (DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Architecture), At least 3 years in a Product Owner, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Platform Lead capacity, A conceptual understanding of AWS and modern DevOps practices — CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, observability — to follow technical discussions and coordinate work with the team, Awareness of Microsoft-centric concepts (Active Directory, Entra ID, OIDC) for coordination with the local infrastructure team, Experience coordinating infrastructure work with application teams, including managing dependencies, change windows, and operational impact, Experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria for senior engineering teams, communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English, Comfortable producing executive-level briefings and reporting on delivery, adoption, and cost metrics
Nice to Have
Experience in energy, utilities, or other regulated, mission-critical sectors, FinOps fluency — cloud cost optimization, commitment-based pricing models, application-level cost allocation, Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow — change, request fulfillment, custom workflows, Prior hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI, or similar tooling, Product management certifications (CSPO, SAFe POPM) or AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate)
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain the joint roadmap for the Cloud (AWS) and Local Infrastructure teams
Convert strategic direction — cost
modernization — into programs with clear scope
and acceptance criteria
Own the joint backlog across both teams
Write technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize based on business value
compliance requirements
Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team initiatives spanning AWS and on-premises environments — platform rollouts

Coordinate infrastructure projects and changes with application teams across the organization

Partner with engineering leads to run sprint planning

Manage incoming requests and ensure the team operates against agreed priorities
