Must Have
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Owner role, Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, Experience integrating Salesforce with workspace platforms, Experience integrating Salesforce with ITSM tools, Track record of leading cross-functional teams, Track record of leading complex technical programmes, Stakeholder management skills, Familiarity with automation tools, Familiarity with AI technologies, Familiarity with modern CRM innovation, Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Expertise in Salesforce data modelling, Expertise in Salesforce declarative development, Hands-on capability with Flow, Working knowledge of Apex, Working knowledge of SOQL, Working knowledge of Lightning components, Experience with Pardot campaign management, Experience with Pardot lead scoring, Understanding of CPQ configuration, Understanding of CPQ pricing rules, Experience working with REST APIs, Experience working with SOAP APIs, Experience with system integrations, Ability to leverage Salesforce reporting, Ability to leverage Salesforce dashboards, Problem-solving mindset, Excellent attention to detail
