Product Manager - Treasury Systems Product Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our Treasury domain. This role is critical to ensuring our financial visibility and the integrity of our global liquidity position, involving close collaboration with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors. As the owner of this domain, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of data from transactional systems into our Treasury Management System (TMS), currently powered by FIS Quantum. Your ultimate goal is to provide the Treasury function with the most reliable information system to optimize cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation. What you’ll do Define the Roadmap for Treasury Systems: Develop a deep understanding of Ebury’s transactional flows—including FX trades (client and hedging), cash allocations, and reconciled payments—to ensure accurate data ingestion into the TMS. Optimize Cash Management identify gaps to build complementary in-house features or lead the strategic analysis for a potential future system replacement. Collaborate with Engineering: Define technical requirements for data pipelines between internal transactional engines and the TMS, prioritizing features based on operational efficiency and financial risk reduction.
