What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 5+ years managing complex technical programs, Experience working with Waterfall, Kanban, and Azure DevOps methodologies, Experience in IT infrastructure or operations environments, Demonstrated ownership of a product, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoption, Experience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, program management and execution skills, Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure domains, Experience in IT operations environments, written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities, Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset, Able to create clarity in complex domains and build alignment without direct authority
Nice to Have
Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), endpoint tools (Intune, SCCM, Desktop Central, JAMF), ERP/HRIS systems, cloud environments and ITSM tools, digital manufacturing, B2B marketplaces, supply chain or e-commerce, complex operational environments where technology, people and process all need to work together
