What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 – 5 years of progressive experience in technical product management, business analysis, or related roles, Experience leading or co-leading initiatives with moderate scope and delivering measurable business outcomes, Experience owning featuresacklog for one or more ability to coordinate dependencies with partner teams/ARTs as needed, Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and traceability, Working knowledge of SAFe principles and Program Increment (PI) experience, Experience with feature definition, prioritization, and managing dependencies across teams, analytical skills to support impact and feasibility analysis, including basic cost-benefit evaluation, Technical aptitude with understanding of software development fundamentals and system architecture concepts, Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and integration considerations in partnership with engineering and architecture, Understanding of how product decisions impact customer experience and business outcomes, Experience aligning product work to business goals and operational priorities, stakeholder management skills with ability to influence through collaboration and data, Excellent communication comfortable presenting to managers and cross-functional audiences, Ability to resolve ambiguities, clarify requirements, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders, Demonstrated leadership in driving execution within defined escalates risks and decisions appropriately, problem-solving skills for complex and ambiguous problems, using structured approaches, Collaborates across business, engineering, and operations to deliver sound outcomes, Sound judgment in making decisions within scope, with awareness of downstream impact, Resourceful and adaptable when solutions are not well defined, Self-directed professional able to work independently on defined assignments while collaborating closely with teammates, Demonstrates ownership and accountability for product outcomes, Adaptable and results-oriented in fast-paced, dynamic environments, business judgment and customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus, participating in PI Planning and backlog refinement, Comfortable defining success metrics and analyzing product KPI forecasting experience is a plus, Familiarity with business KPIs, OKRs, and performance measurement frameworks, Ability to contribute to business cases and provide data to support ROI analysis experience is a plus, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification willingness to obtain is a plus, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus

Facilitate strategic discussions to shape trade-offs
Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Communicate complex product concepts to executive stakeholders
Define and own features or capabilities within an Agile Release Train
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment
Help identify and resolve technical dependencies
Participate in PI Planning and dependency management
Contribute to the product vision and own backlog
Support roadmap planning that aligns with Enterprise goals
Help create quarterly and multi-quarter product plans
Communicate plans and progress effectively to stakeholders
Balance short-term delivery with longer-term roadmap
