ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the technical side of how Navigator gets built, from the architecture conversation through the clean handoff to engineering. Navigator turns tactical-to-strategic sustainment data into decisions, and it only works when product intent and technical reality stay aligned across partner integrations and government systems of record. You will sit between product and engineering and make sure both halves stay tightly aligned on what we are building and how. This is a hands-on-the-architecture role: you keep specs honest against the system, surface technical constraints early, and prevent the rebuilds that come from calls made too soon. Your focus is the integrity of the build and the handoff, partnering closely with engineers on the how and with product on the what, so that nothing gets lost in the gap between what we decided and what shipped.
