Must Have
3+ years in Technical Product Management, Experience shipping agentic AI products, Data Fluency: Deep understanding of data triggers across multiple ability to define the "digested" signals required for high-stakes decision engines, Logic-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to map out complex decision trees and identify the exact context needed to automate them from end-to-end, Technical Leadership: Experience working directly with AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Backend teams to ship logic-heavy, production-grade products
Nice to Have
background in Software Engineering, iGaming / Casino Experience: Understanding of operator workflows and common friction points is a significant plus, Experience in a B2B or White-Label environment, managing stakeholder requirements from external tenants
What You'll Do.
Owning the product design
and orchestration of the Signal Layer and Agent Systems
Designing and shipping agents that are User-Facing and Internal/Operational
Gathering requirements and use cases from PMs who own core modules
Working directly with developers to turn complex data and workflows into autonomous actions

Defining the "senses" of the platform (Signal Layer logic and semantics)
Defining the roadmap and decision-logic for the "doers" (Agent Execution Layer)
Translating requirements into a development roadmap for autonomous workforce
Defining requirements for monitoring and tracing agent decisions
Designing the logic and "meaning" for a shared Signal Library
Defining what data matters
and ensuring governance
Designing and managing the lifecycle of autonomous workflows
Establishing the bar for agent accuracy
Mapping decision paths for agents
Gathering signal requirements and documenting definitions
Prioritizing features and agentic capabilities
Defining success criteria for agent performance

THE ROLE We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the Agent Execution Layer within our iGaming white-label ecosystem. In this role, you define how our agent intelligence "acts" and exactly what information it has access to. You are responsible for two core pillars: owning the product design, rollout, and orchestration of the Signal Layer and Agent Systems. You will design and ship agents that are both User-Facing (e.g., resolving player issues in real-time) and Internal/Operational (e.g., optimizing back-office execution and company-wide processes). The Agent PM acts as the orchestrator of autonomous action. You will gather requirements and use cases PMs who own our core modules (Casino, CRM, Cashier, etc.) and work directly with developers to turn complex data and workflows into autonomous actions. Crucially, you are the safeguard of the system architecture, ensuring that Signals, decision engines, and agents remain cleanly separated and reusable across all products.
