As a Technical Product Launch Manager, you will sit at the forefront of that transformation, owning the end-to-end launch of next-generation robotics technologies directly into Amazon's live operational network. Your work will have immediate, measurable impact: the systems you launch today will reduce customer delivery times, improve associate safety, and drive operational efficiency at a scale few roles anywhere in the world can match. The Product Launch team is the critical bridge between Amazon Robotics Engineering & Product and Amazon Operations & Maintenance during the rollout of new automation solutions that are being built in production through fast iteration. You will become a subject-matter expert in breakthrough technologies, leading engineering triages, running performance deep dives, and translating field observations into product improvements that shape the engineering roadmap. You will develop and deliver training from the associate level up to senior leadership, cultivate lasting customer relationships, and drive adoption across a network that never stops growing. Key job responsibilities [Deliver Results] Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage project risks, and publish status reports.
