Define value realization frameworks

and measurement plans tied to business and patient impact.
Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality
timely delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements.
Oversee backlog management
and sprint execution.

Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks
