We're seeking a Technical Producer to keep our engineering teams shipping. You'll orchestrate complex software projects, remove blockers, and ensure we deliver high-quality code on time across our entire stack. What You Will Do: - Own end-to-end production for engineering initiatives across the core engine tech stack - Coordinate and own communication between engineering, product, design, and QA—keeping everyone aligned and moving forward - Manage release cycles, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies for the core engineering team - Identify technical risks and dependencies early, working with engineering leads to solve problems before they become blockers - Balance feature development with technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and platform modernization - Provide clear engineering status updates to leadership, translating technical complexity into busines
