We're looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of IT Technicians responsible for device processing, including data sanitization, functional testing, grading, and repairs. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for driving quality, productivity, and accountability across the technical workflow while developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
