What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Deep technical expertise in incident, problem, and service request management, Interpersonal skills to lead during a crisis, Technical architecture, Comprehensive documentation, Advanced automation of operational workflows, Troubleshooter with a significant bias toward automation, Experience with production networks and system operations
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud infrastructure, Experience with on-premise infrastructure
What You'll Do.
Act as a key escalation point for both expected and unexpected events involving production applications
and cloud infrastructure
Maintain our global infrastructure across both on-premise and public cloud platforms
Propose and implement complex automation strategies to improve overall efficiency and system performance
Work closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to onboard and implement innovative technical solutions
Ensure uptime and performance standards are met for a seamless gaming experience
Diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues involving production networks and system operations
