What We’re Looking For: The Technical Operations Analyst independently analyzes system-related challenges and develops technical solutions to support internal platforms, tooling, and operational infrastructure. This role focuses on system configuration, reporting, automation support, and data integrity to drive efficiency across teams. The Analyst proactively identifies opportunities to improve internal systems, enhance workflows, and standardize technical processes within assigned projects. This role works autonomously within defined scope, leading small to medium technical initiatives and supporting larger, more complex system projects led by senior team members. Key partnerships include Director-level and below stakeholders across Engineering, Product, IT, Data, Security, and business teams. The Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for executing assigned project work, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring adherence to governance and technical best practices. Technical Operations establishes and maintains standards for internal systems management, automation, integrations, and data governance. The team supports enterprise platforms across regions and product lines to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
