Technical Planning and Documentation: ● Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed technical plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction and implementation. ● Ensure that technical documentation aligns with design concepts, adheres to industry standards, and meets regulatory requirements. ● coordinating between project’s different stakeholders assuring the quality and applicability of technical requirements Material and Equipment Selection: ● Research, source, and recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment that align with design intent, quality standards, and budget constraints. ● Stay updated on new materials and technologies relevant to the industry. Technical Detail Development: ● Develop detailed technical specifications, including materials, dimensions, construction methods, and installation instructions. ● Ensure that technical details are accurate and support the design concept ● Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with design specifications and assess priced BOQs from contractors for accuracy and compliance, ensuring alignment with design requirements. ● Review invoices from a design perspective, ensuring design-related components are accurately billed, and provide design-specific insights for cost analysis and reporting, contributing to financial accuracy within projects. Quality Control: ● Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction and installation align with technical plans and design intent. ● Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address discrepancies. ● Collaborate with designers to review and approve workshop drawings, ensuring alignment with design specifications, technical accuracy for seamless implementation within projects.
