Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related advanced degree, Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical marketing or product management within EMS/CMO or engineering environments, Proven ability to create technical content and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, Knowledge of strategic marketing frameworks and tools, analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics

Develop and execute marketing strategies that position Flex’s technical capabilities
Define and articulate Flex’s technical differentiators in power conversion
Develop go-to-market strategies for new technologies and solutions
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Create technical marketing collateral such as white papers
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear
customer-focused messaging
Support sales teams with technical insights and tools
Represent Flex at industry events
Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position Flex’s capabilities effectively
Work closely with Regional VPs
and Business Development teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies
