Must Have
At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects., Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node. js and React. js)., Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP., Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc)., Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people., Previous experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships., knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing, etc., Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation., Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions., Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients., Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks., Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY)., Team player.
