In this dynamic role, you will oversee a dedicated quality team and take charge of all food safety and quality processes, ensuring every product exceeds regulatory, customer, and internal standards with an unwavering commitment to food safety excellence. You will work closely with operational and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization, safeguard our brand’s reputation, and consistently deliver top-quality products. **Key Responsibilities:** * _Food Safety and Quality Management:_ Lead the implementation of site food safety and compliance programs to align with HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRCGS, and customer standards. * _Food Safety and Quality Compliance:_ Keep up to date with customer, regulatory, and third-party standards, always ensuring full compliance and readiness for audits * _Animal Welfare and Legal Compliance:_ Oversee and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and ethical sourcing policies. * _Food Safety Excellence:_ Monitor site food safety performance and share insights and trends to identify areas for improvement * _Business Continuity and Risk Management:_ Proactively identify and mitigate food safety risks across the site, escalating serious issues in a timely manner * _Audits & Inspections:_ Ensure the site is always audit-ready from a fo
