Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent, min 4 to 5 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry

What You'll Do.
Manage daily operations at the site
Ensure technical services meet client requirements
Manage electromechanical operations
Develop/maintain asset specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals
Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and cost sheet submission
Ensure timely submission of client approved cost sheet
Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety
Document assets under asset list/tracker
Document and check assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC
and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff
Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs & KPIs
Maintain service level agreements and performance indicator scores
Ensure timely renewal of agreements
submission of invoices
and payment follow-ups
Oversee vendor quotations and invoices
Manage Engineering operational accounts for buildings
Recommend/implement asset specific maintenance and safety procedures
Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is timely carried out
Suggest and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs
Maintain service /repair contracts
Conduct risk/root-cause analysis in case of system failures
Create corrective /preventive action plans
Implement and administer inventory control programs
Assess building operations and mitigate inherent risks
Conduct regular inspections of operating MEP equipment
Manage controls as per requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Coordinate and maintain as-built drawing and transition document library
Create emergency response plan and participate in evacuation drills
Maintain engineering and other reports like DMR and MMR
Work closely with regional RO / HO / SME/ Training teams
Ensure closures of all required reports
Facilitate services under the Slogan “No Safety No Work”
Understand safety and environmental concerns

You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per client’s requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview. You would be managing the following: * Develops/maintains effective Asset specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals. * Ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and all the required details for cost sheet submission. * Ensuring timely submission of client approved cost sheet to JLL office and follow up for invoice from JLL office * Submitting the invoice to the client and following-up for payments. * Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP and all critical utilities. * Ensuring the documentation of assets under asset list/ tracker. * Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. * Be responsible for hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff. * Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance. * Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence. * Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices and follo
