How the Role fits In: The Technical Manager is a working team leader responsible for leading technical resources to deliver the technology and process capability needed to maintain the site’s license to operate and to maintain and improve both Cumene manufacturing operations along with loading and unloading barges and railcars. This role is responsible for overall management of site technology information and the capital project process. The role interfaces with Operations and Maintenance and Reliability teams to drive continuous improvements to production rate, reliability, yield, variable costs, and sustainability. The role is part of the site leadership team and reports to the Site Director. The role manages and ensures professional development of engineers and technical staff and provides technical support to operations and maintenance. The incumbent interfaces frequently with the Global C3D Technology resources and the other INEOS plants.
