Provide administrative support to the technical and service teams

Coordinate technician workloads
and route adjustments to support efficient service delivery
Coordinate regional customer machine installations to ensure the adequate Technical resources are allocated
Ensure logistic teams from your depot adhere to all legal requirements (HGV tachograph compliance and maintaining accurate transport records)
Perform de-brief and pre-brief sessions with field logistics crews
Liaise with PDI team to ensure customer machines are ready to be installed as per the agreed schedule
Liaise with customers
internal stakeholders
and field teams to communicate appointment times
Support parts ordering
and logistics coordination to ensure technicians have the equipment they need
Track and report on key technical and service KPIs
supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with documentation
