Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, 5+ years of experience in software system development and maintenance, Proven experience as Technical Leader or Senior Developer with team management, expertise in PowerShell scripting, batch processing, job scheduling, and task automation, Hands-on experience with database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL skills, Ability to analyze system behavior, troubleshoot incidents, and implement solutions independently, Solid understanding of SDLC and project delivery processes, Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience with mainframe environments, legacy system migration, or system modernization projects, Japanese language proficiency or experience working with Japanese clients, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
