Must Have

Master’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of experience in Electrical Systems, Solid background in engineering standardization, validation methodologies, testing methodologies, Proven leadership in managing natural and cross-functional teams, In-depth knowledge of international standards, Strategic mindset for product lifecycle management, development of standardized solutions, Demonstrated ability to contribute to technology roadmaps, alignment with market and innovation trends, IP strategy, patent landscape analysis, capability in designing and delivering technical training and development programs, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Support System Engineering in planning

Monitor New Product Development (NPD) deck

Support NPD reviews with high technical risk

Accountable for product sheets preparation

Maintain and harmonize Controls and Instrumentation Competency Mapping

Ensure product compliance with international standards

Contribute to relevant technical committees

Monitor product lifecycle

Analyze market trends

Identify upgrade opportunities

Coordinate resolution of customer issues

Act as SPT Owner for reactive

Accountable for safety cases planning

Ensure on time process execution

Foster a performance-driven culture

Support talent development through coaching

Support talent development through mentoring

Support talent development through succession planning
