**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Supports the functional stream lead during the specification/qualification of new requests/solutions while ensuring that the defined guideline for new demands in the Workday context is followed. Analyses and challenges requests and identifies cross-stream impacts. Supports the functional stream lead in the evaluation of new vendors. * Designs, configures, and tests system solutions within the respective business process stream/Workday module. Reviews existing processes and makes data-driven suggestions for improvements. * Takes responsibility for projects together with the functional lead to achieve project completion in scope, time and budget. * Fosters a data-driven culture and supports data literacy of Workday stream communities. Creates and improves reports and dashboards based on functional requirements and supports technical and functional testing.
