8+ years of software development experience, 2+ years in a senior or lead role, proficiency in modern web development in (Python or similar), proficiency in modern front-end languages and frameworks such as React, Angular and TypeScript (or similar), Experience with architectural patterns (event-driven, service-oriented, hybrid monolith/microservice), Proven leadership in guiding teams through technical complexity, Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e. g. , Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps practices, Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e. g. , code generation, review) into professional software workflows, Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile environments

Full Job Description
As a Tech Lead Software Development, you will be the technical anchor of your team. You’ll drive technical decisions, guide developers, ensure code and architectural quality, and partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Principal Devs to deliver meaningful outcomes. Your role is a hybrid of hands-on development and team enablement. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead system design and architecture discussions within your team. Make key technical decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure delivery aligns with broader platform, data, and architecture. Build observability and monitoring tooling for the features the team ships. Delivery help grow the next generation of senior talent. Create a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and ownership. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Tech Leads, and Principal Devs to shape high-impact solutions. Represent engineering trade-offs and advocate for technical feasibility and scope clarity. Quality & Process Champion best practices in software development (testing, observability, documentation). Champion the adoption and mastery of AI-assisted coding, testing, and debugging tools to significantly enhance team productivity and code quality. Work with the Platform Engineering team to improve DevEx and Software Development Life Cycle workflows. Contribute to technical KPIs (reliability, delivery performance, etc.).
