4+ years of experience in RPA / automation, Solid experience in Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Experience in integrations with APIs, SQL, Excel, SharePoint and other systems, Experience leading technically teams or RPA initiatives, Good command of troubleshooting, technical documentation and best practices, Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, Intermediate/advanced English
Nice to Have
Experience with Automation Anywhere, Knowledge in AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, OCR or document extraction, Experience with SAP, Azure and Power Platform governance, Experience with ALM, environments and best practices of governance in Power Platform

La posición requiere un perfil técnico sólido, con capacidad para liderar iniciativas RPA, trabajar con distintos equipos y participar en integraciones con sistemas, APIs y servicios de IA aplicados a automatización. Responsabilidades: Diseñar y desarrollar automatizaciones con Power Automate Cloud y Desktop. Participar en análisis técnicos, estimaciones e identificación de riesgos. Integrar soluciones con APIs, bases de datos, archivos, correo y otros sistemas. Implementar buenas prácticas de logging, manejo de errores y troubleshooting. Acompañar testing, UAT, despliegues y soporte productivo. Realizar revisiones técnicas y documentar soluciones. Requisitos Técnicos: 4+ años de experiencia en RPA / automatización. Experiencia sólida en Power Automate Cloud y Desktop. Experiencia en integraciones con APIs, SQL, Excel, SharePoint y otros sistemas. Experiencia liderando técnicamente equipos o iniciativas RPA. Buen manejo de troubleshooting, documentación técnica y buenas prácticas. Capacidad para trabajar con equipos técnicos y no técnicos. Inglés intermedio/avanzado y buenas habilidades de comunicación. Deseables: Experiencia con Automation Anywhere. Conocimientos en AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, OCR o extracción documental. Experiencia con SAP, Azure y gobierno de Power Platform..
