Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance._ **Key Accountabilities:** * Accountable for the technical architecture of our customer and partner engagement platform, ensuring it meets business objectives and technical standards. * Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance user experience and drive platform adoption. * Align technical strategies with business goals, working with multi-disciplinary teams across different products in a global setup * Design solutions that are scalable and secure, addressing potential risks and ensuring long-term platform viability * Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive technical implementation. * Continuously assess system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and platform efficiency. * Promote best practices in software architecture and development to ensure high-quality technical solutions. * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for technical initiatives. * Promote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct * Perform special assignments as required **Basic Requirements:** * Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
