Following a major re-platforming initiative, we are adopting a modern cloud-native architecture to accelerate mobile development across both iOS and Android platforms. As Technical Lead Mobile, you will be responsible for shaping the mobile architecture, technical strategy, and engineering excellence across both native platforms. You will lead a cross-functional mobile engineering team, drive alignment between iOS and Android codebases, and ensure our apps deliver secure, high-performing, and scalable experiences that complement our cloud-native web ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role – you will contribute code to critical features while mentoring engineers, defining standards, and making key architectural decisions that impact millions of users. Position – how you’ll contribute * Define and evolve the mobile architecture strategy for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability * Lead technical decision-making on cross-platform consistency, shared design patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture), and platform-specific optimizations * Design and develop critical native features in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), including secure authentication flows (Auth0, OAuth2) and cloud service integrations * Mentor and upskil
