This team plays a critical role in helping the company deliver the right experience to the right user at the right time, and in building the platform foundation needed to scale that over time. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps and scalable systems. You’ll help clarify complex problem spaces, make thoughtful technical decisions across multiple services, and ensure the team builds the right foundation to support increasingly sophisticated experimentation and user personalization.
