What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Packaging Technology, or related discipline, 6–9 years of experience supporting digital solutions for R&D formulation and/or packaging systems, Hands-on experience in digitizing formulation and packaging data, Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA IPD (configuration, integration, or delivery support), Understanding of R&D formulation and packaging processes, Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments, analytical and problem-solving skills, Clear communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Life Sciences or Consumer Health R&D, Exposure to ingredient and substance master data concepts, Experience supporting large transformation program (e.g. formulation or PLM initiatives), Familiarity with cloud based platforms and integrations, Experience working with system integrators or vendors

Working closely with the **Product Manager, Product Experts** , and **Architects** , this role is responsible for translating requirements into **fit for purpose technical designs** , guiding configuration and build activities, and ensuring solutions align with **SAP S/4HANA IPD** and R&D ways of working.
