Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, building scalable and maintainable customizations using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Partner with solution architects to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, including data models, system architecture, and integration approaches. Own and execute end-to-end release and deployment processes, including source control management, pull requests, sandbox seeding, and production releases. Serve as Release Manager across projects, ensuring safe, reliable deployments with rollback strategies and strong environment governance. Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability. Support integration work across APIs and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and contribute to system integration design decisions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and ensuring delivery quality across teams. Drive technical problem-solving across complex topics such as data management, large data volumes, single sign-on, and deployment architecture. Maintain technical documentation and ensure clear handover of solution artifacts across project phases and client engagements. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Visualforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable development practices. Experience managing deployments and release processes using DevOps tools such as Copado, Prodly, or similar platforms. Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON-based web services. Experience working with test-driven development and delivering high-quality, production-ready code.
