What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or at least 10 years’ experience in a related field, 5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting or data migration projects, Proven experience as Technical Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in complex enterprise or healthcare programs, Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams and manage competing priorities, Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving, communication and written/verbal communication skills, particularly communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
Experience in Healthcare Information Systems, EHR/EPR platforms, or HL7/FHIR standards, understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
