What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, minimum of 2 years of experience in a management team, Experience in Software Architecture and Design, Full proficiency with at least one back-end framework (Node. js, Python), Full proficiency with at least one front-end framework (React. js), Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration, Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Experience with the latest AI & ML development, such as LLM, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector DB, is a plus, Experience in secure systems, coding practices & related tools, Experience in pre-sales client prospecting is a plus

As a **Technical Lead** , you will work closely with the co-founders and the senior team to further make CodeLink an awesome environment for 80+ employees and all of the people we work with. ### **What You’ll Do** ### **Technical Delivery & Architecture** * Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. * Provide architectural direction and make key technical decisions to ensure quality and maintainability. * Oversee the full software development lifecycle, guiding engineers across all stages. * Define and enforce engineering best practices (code review, unit testing, CI/CD, pair programming). * Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Ensure systems meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security, especially in regulated domains. ### **Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration** * Act as the main technical representative for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Delivery) to ensure smooth execution. * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through transparency and consistent delivery. ### **Team Growth & Development** * Partner with Talent teams to support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling. * Participate in interviews and technical assessments to maintain high hiring standards. * Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their growth to senior and leadership levels. * Fo
