Technical Integration Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) P-8 Poseidon Program is seeking a **Technical Integration Engineer** to join the Chief Engineer’s Office in support of this high-visibility, advanced maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft program. This position is located in **Tukwila, WA** and is 100% onsite. The P-8 Program, together with its suppliers, delivers the safest and most sophisticated Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-Surface Warfare (ASuW), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) weapon system supporting the U.S. National Defense Strategy by enhancing maritime domain awareness. As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will provide engineering leadership to a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with the program chief engineer, engineering capabilities, program managers, contracts, estimating, supply chain, and customers to execute program objectives. **Position Responsibilities:** • Resolve technical issues through coordination with engineering and the Chief Engineer. • Manage deliverables by defining plans for risk mitigation, issues, and opportunities; monitor baseline plans to assess project performance, productivity, and lessons learned. • Brief customers and leadership on program status, technical risks, challenges, and support needs. • Develop statements of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing, and new business requirements. • Identify and manage changes to SOW, assess impacts, and incorporate changes accordingly. • Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans. • Lead and participate in technical reviews, providing feedback to meet customer SOW. • Apply critical thinking, problem solving, change management, project management, influencing without authority, and consultation skills. • Proactively communicate with leadership teams, peers, and customers. • Review and approve
